Greg Howe, Sexton
We are pleased to welcome Greg Howe as our new sexton. Greg is a lifelong resident of New York. Earlier this year he decided to retire from his job as a painter with the NYC Housing Authority and move to Delaware to be near family. While his relocation was in progress, he applied to a number of part-time positions in the area. He says, “Church of the Advent was most desirable to me.”
After applying and interviewing, he left a phone message saying that he "felt he belonged here." Greg says his "experiences with everyone in my short time here have proven that feeling to be true. I am extremely grateful for this blessing."
While we continue to miss Brian, Greg has proven himself to be a huge asset to our staff and our buildings and grounds. We look forward to working together with him.
